This is no different a service call than you are used to, it is only more efficient, professional and backed up by a large database of screened Service Providers. Make sure your choice of Service Provider meets your expectations. Prepare well and make sure the work area is ready for the Service Provider, clear instructions on what you need done, understand how long it will take, what materials if any are required, the required personnel to receive the Provider at the scene as well as any other measures you would take during such works.
There are 4 modes of payment by the User; 1) Cash. 2) Credit Card , 3) Debit Card and 4) MPESA. When the Service Provider is paid in cash for home and office services, he or she has the obligation to remit the required percentage of commission via our Till No: 0254104 and notify us of the payment. If the User pays for services using their Card, Tufyfo will be the one to remit the Service Providers wages via MPESA or Bank Account provided they filled up their profile details complete with bank account. Should the User pay using their E-Wallet(usually loaded through MPESA or CARD) ,Tufyfo will be responsible for making the payment to the Provider.
Credit/Debit card validation code Your CCV is the 3- or 4-digit number printed on your credit card. This number is an anti-fraud security feature used to verify that you are in possession of your card. Visa, MasterCard prints a 3-digit credit card validation number that can be found near the signature panel on the back of the card immediately after the account number MPESA payments require that you send funds to your E-wallet on the platform(Tufyfo). This can be used any time you require to make payments for services and do not have cash on hand.
